Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at poise@poisecosmetics.com with your order number.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processes.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • To start a return, email poise@poisecosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos — we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
